The procurement of goods and services is carried out by the procurement executor. Procurement implementers are teams / committees appointed to carry out the procurement of goods and services.

The appointment of the executor of the procurement of goods and services is carried out on the principle of:

Procurement process for goods and services

1. Procurement planning includes:

Identification of needs => Determination of goods and services => procurement method => determination of schedules => Budget for procurement of goods and services

2. Procurement preparation includes

RKA, Procurement Planning Document => Establishing HPS => Establishing draft contract => Setting technical specifications/KAK => Setting down payment, down payment guarantee, implementation guarantee, guarantee of maintenance of warranty certificate / price adjustment

3. Election preparation
4. Selection process
5. Performance of a contract
6. Handover, will be stated in the minutes.

Managing officials are prohibited from entering into agreements or entering into contracts with providers, if there is no budget available or there is not enough budget available which may result in exceeding the available budget limit.
