Seleksi persyaratan administrasi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mengadakan pemeriksaan persyaratan administratif yang harus dipenuhi para pelamar untuk mengetahui lengkap tidaknya persyaratan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seleksi administrasi yaitu seleksi surat-surat yang dimiliki pelamar untuk menentukan apakah sudah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang diminta perusahaan, antara lain: surat lamaran, ijazah, umur, status, pengalaman kerja, domisili, sertifikat keahlian, pas foto, fotokopi identitas, surat kesehatan dari dokter, dan akte kelahiran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">2). Seleksi pengetahuan umum<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seleksi pengetahuan umum biasanya dilakukan secara tertulis mengingat yang diberikan cukup banyak dan memerlukan pemikiran yang tak sembarangan. Biasanya meliputi pengetahuan umum tentang perusahaan dan pengetahuan tentang relevansi sistem kenegaraan Indonesia dengan usaha yang dijalankan perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">3). Seleksi psikologi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Diadakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui keadaan diri serta kesanggupan calon tenaga kerja terhadap kemungkinan dalam memangku pekerjaan yang akan diberikan kepadanya. Seleksi test psikologi dapat digolongkan menjadi lima macam, yaitu tes hasil kerja, tes bakat, tes kecerdasan, tes minat, dan tes kepribadian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">4).Seleksi wawancara<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Proses tanya jawab secara lisan yang dilakukan calon tenaga kerja dengan bagian seleksi tenaga kerja. Tujuan wawancara ini\u00a0 untuk mengetahui segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan diri calon tenaga kerja dalam rangka penentuan dan pemilihan tenaga kerja yang tepat pada posisi yang tepat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prinsip-prinsip dalam wawancara yang harus dicapai:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">a). Performance<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Penampilan diri calon tenaga kerja mulai saat pemunculannya dihadapan pewawancara, selama wawancara maupun sampai dengan pihak terwawancara meninggalkan ruang wawancara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">b). Potensial improvement<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Beberapa ciri atau potensi atau kemampuan dasar yang sekiranya dapat dikembangkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">c). Skill profile achievement<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gambaran dan prediksi ke depan tentang kemampuan atau kecakapan yang dimiliki berdasarkan kemampuan yang diperoleh sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">d). Personality attitude<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sifat dan sikap kejiwaan yang memberi ciri dan garis kehidupan calon tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">e). Spesific values<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">Penilaian menyangkut diri pihak calon tenaga kerja, antara lain:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">i. Latar belakang pribadi, keluarga, dan sosial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">ii. Konsekuensi administratif pengangkatan sebagai karyawan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">iii. Spesifikasi lainnya yang ikut berpengaruh atas keberhasilan wawancara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">iv. Hal-hal luar biasa seperti pekerjaan penting (besar) yang pernah dilakukannya, atau hasil luar biasa yang pernah dicapainya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;text-align: justify\">v.
