{"id":5778,"date":"2018-11-28T11:11:56","date_gmt":"2018-11-28T04:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blud.co.id\/wp\/?p=5778"},"modified":"2023-02-24T16:48:21","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T09:48:21","slug":"remunerasi-pejabat-pengelola-dan-pegawai-blud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blud.co.id\/wp\/remunerasi-pejabat-pengelola-dan-pegawai-blud\/","title":{"rendered":"Remunerasi Pejabat Pengelola Dan Pegawai BLUD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Remunerasi merupakan imbalan kerja yang diberikan dalam hal ini kepada pejabat pengelola dan pegawai BLUD, komponennya meliputi :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Gaji yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang yang bersifat tetap setiap bulan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Tunjangan tetap yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang yang bersifat tambahan pendapatan di luar gaji setiap bulan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Insentif yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang yang bersifat tambahan pendapatan diluar gaji<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Bonus atas prestasi yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang yang bersifat tambahan pendapatan di luar gaji, tunjangan tetap dan insentif, atas prestasi kerja yang dapat diberikan 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun anggaran setalah BLUD memenuhi syarat tertentu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Pesangon yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang santunan purna jabatan sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan dan\/ atau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Pensiun yaitu imbalan kerja berupa uang<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Remunerasi diatas diberikan kepada pejabat pengelola dan pegawai BLUD sesuai dengan tanggungjawab dan profesionalismenya.\u00a0 Remunerasi yang diterima pejabat pengelola dan pegawai BLUD berbeda. Perbedaan tersebut terletak pada remunerasi yang bersifat tambahan yaitu adanya tunjangan tetap bagi pejabat pengelola sedangkan pada pegawai BLUD tidak. Pengaturan remunerasi dalam peraturan kepada daerah mempertimbangkan prinsip proporsionalitas, kesetaraan, kepatuhan kewajaran, dan kinerja. Pengaturan remunerasi\u00a0 dihitung berdasarkan indikator penilaian, meliputi :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Pengalaman dan masa kerja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Ketrampilan, ilmu pengetahuan, dan perilaku<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Resiko kerja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Tingkat kegawatdaruratan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Jabatan yang disandang<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Hasil\/ capaian kinerja<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Selain keenam indikator penilaian diatas, penetapan remunerasi bagi pemimpin mempertimbangkan faktor :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Ukuran dan jumlah aset yang dikelola, tingkat pelayanan serta produktivitas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Pelayanan sejenis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Kemampuan pendapatan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Kinerja operasional berdasarkan indikator keuangan pelayanan, mutu dan manfaat bagi masyarakat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Sedangkan bagi pejabat keuangan dan pejabat teknis ditetapkan paling banyak sebesar 90% (sembilan puluh persen) dari remunerasi
